Mobile Vet Care FAQs

For appointment scheduling issues, call or email our veterinary support team (Phone- 0913-078-3846 and Email- appointment@mobilevet.care) between 8 a.m – 6 p.m (Monday through Friday). For all other questions, please use the Contact Us page.

Home visit hours

Our vet teams are available for home visit from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (Mon-Sat) and 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm (Sun). Note that the Home Visit schedule varies by location. To learn more, visit the location page.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, click on the Schedule Appointment button, or email appointment@mobilevet.care.

Will you need a copy of your pet’s medical records?

Upon completion of home visit, your vet doctor will issue a copy of your pet records. You will also be able to login to our online pet portal to view this and other services performed during the visit.

Do you take emergency cases?

For urgent cases we advise calling us directly or take your pet to the nearest veterinary hospital or clinic.
